Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or consumed items.

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product is defective upon delivery.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect products delivered
• Orders cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect products received
• All the damaged, defective or wrong product will get shipped and delivered to the address in 6 to 8 days after the verification is done

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear product images.

Prajai Naturals reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after review.
